Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinarians, grievance and capability to ensure a smooth and transparent running of the hotel.
Assist in HR Administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files - onboarding and leaving process.
Supporting HR Manager in all aspects of recruitment, onboarding and orientation and oversee employees’ continued development.
Provide staff counselling, guidance, career planning, and oversee disciplinary matters up to and including dismissal and oversee any grievance and
complaints made as required.
Oversee the Health & Safety at Work Act and comply with the hotel’s Health & Safety policy.
Coordinating Hotel Associate events and activities including annual parties.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, creating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
Coordinating with the hotel suppliers and negotiating prices and contracts
Managing appointments and bookings of the Executive Management
Organizing travel arrangements e.g booking flights and hotel stays for Hotel Management
Liaising with the airport staff whenever you had international guests
Arrange uniforms and Food & Safety trainings for new joiners
Organize Annual General Meetings
Reaching out to other Hotels for enlightenment

Assist in the check -in and check-out of guests.
Process online and telephone reservations and enlighten guests on payment methods and share payment options.
Welcome guests upon arrival, provide them with hotel information and assign them to their delegated rooms.
