• Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports

• Track and verify invoices from procurement for finance to proceed with the payment.

Creating a flow of real-time work notifications on SAP across the organization for seamless
completion of high priority worklist
* Make data-driven decisions with predictive analytics to ensure efficient and effective
planning of work scope to eliminate backlogs.
* Access, Plan and Schedule works using Primavera P6.
* Prepare and Approve Project Baseline Schedule.
* Quantity survey Preparation for all maintenance worklist.
* Spearheading weekly facility meetings to update the work progress and provide look-ahead
schedule and plan.
* Dynamic SAP Update and monitoring of upcoming notifications.
* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports including S- Curve.
* Come up with a recovery plan if work progress results negative total float of the project.
* Report planned monthly budgets to all facilities.
* Managing a team of approximately 23 Employees in a Busy Work Environment.
* Establish and Implement Departmental Policies, Goals, Objectives, and Procedures.
