Guide employees in renewal of visas for immediate dependents
Maintain updated knowledge & acquaint employees on changes in visa rules and other
related factors
Update database of employees’ passports and residence visas
Coordinate with various embassies with regards to visa arrangement of employees
Notify documentation required for renewal of trade licenses & completion of surveys based
on requirements of government bodies
Generate & update detailed reports related to visas expenses to finance department
