• Supervise repair performance, assist technicians in solving problems
• Supervise and monitor future expansion plan
• Maintain inventory of spare parts
• Execute all work distributed to the technicians within predefined time frame
• Plan and monitor day-to-day work and ensure smooth running of the workshop activities
• Carry out final inspection and testing after overhaul equipment’s
• Organize overhaul and preventive maintenance schedules
• Study offers submitted by contractors and report to higher authorities through proper channel and submit reports with recommendations highlighting desirable and undesirable points included in the offer
Maintenance trucks and equipment
Organize overhaul and preventive maintenance schedules for all types of machines
Assist in successful commissioning, start up and normal operational activities
Ensure plant availability and integrity through hands-on maintenance
Handling spare parts inventory and ordering to purchases
Keep proper history documentation for machineries break down, repairs and preventive actions
Report any machines/equipment deficiencies to top management and agree on the actions required to eliminate expected losses/breakdowns
Conduct preventive maintenance schedule
Training on the operation and the best way to correct equipment maintenance
Maintain, update & monitor vital documents of vehicle, including paying special attention to all applicable warranty/ guarantee on vehicle, engine, gear box or other parts, as well as regulatory requirements
Manage bottlenecks to avoid delays, cancellations, home base turn backs, accidents or on-road failures & breakdowns
Plan & manage an alternative recovery system with minimum down time
Supervising day-to-day activities of the transportation department
Coordinate with the workshops to schedule and correctly queue all pending repairs and routine maintenance
