• As an O&M Engineer, in charge of the 24/7 operation and maintenance of 13 pumping stations (7 booster, 6 lifting), 10 Water Wells, water and sewer networks in Doha and Danah districts - Dhahran; the responsibilities were the following but not limited to:
1- Manage a team of technical people engaged in operation, repair and maintenance of stations facilities, equipment and underground networks in a safe manner while providing the necessary training to the staff whenever needed.
2- Ensure the spare parts, adequate manpower and equipment are readily available for the smooth completion of shutdown and maintenance processes.
3- Initiate materials requisitions and supervise the procurement of maintenance resources from a technical aspect whilst adhering to company's policies to ensure an uninterrupted delivery of spare parts/equipments/services in a cost effective manner.
4- Supervise the planning, organizing and implementing of Aramco plant shutdowns and emergencies as required to ensure an adherence to the wellbeing of Aramco assets.
5- Perform technical analysis and evaluation of major problems as required so as to avoid major escalations at any given instance.
6- Supervise the mechanical, electrical and instrumental maintenance works on Aramco's assets as required to ensure minimum disruptions with regard to machine/mechanical, electrical and instrumental breakdowns.( pumps, motors, water wells, control panels, MCC’s, PCV, PS, dosing systems….etc.)
7- Supervise the assessment and evaluation of maintenance work orders to ensure an effective prioritization and allocation of jobs onto subordinates.
8- Conduct various mechanical, electrical and instrumental testing and inspections on stations equipment and facilities as to safeguard Aramco's assets with regard to their operational longevity, hence, enhancing water supply/distribution and achieving smoother operation.
9- Prepare, organize and implement predictive, preventive and daily maintenance schedules in order to maximize equipment reliability.
10- Assure following and complying with Aramco's Engineering Standards, SOP's, GI's, KPI's and codes in regards of facilities, assets and networks O&M.
11- Coordinate with the Underground Department for strategic and major network telescopic valves replacement and modifications needed to cope up with the increasing demand and avoid water supply/pressure shortage and fluctuations at the end users. Also, for shutdowns needed prior the replacement/new installation of telescopic valves, fire hydrants and emergency leaks in water network.
12- Provide studies and recommendations for systems upgrades and modifications, inside the pumping stations/underground networks that can be reflected on enhancing the whole system.
13- Directly report and update the Operation Manager for any major activities and when needed.
14- Assure end user satisfaction at all times and meet the client regularly for any concerns and/or new requirements.
15- Coordinate with the Ministry of Water & Electricity (MOWE) for the potable water supply which is delivered to the end user thru boosting stations facilities.
16- Review every shift report to/and follow up all activities in the 24 hours operations and initiate immediate recommendations and actions if needed.
1- Mechanical systems design: firefighting, HVAC and plumbing systems, for different kind of projects; Towers, Hospitals, Restaurants, Factories and Villas.
2- In specific, domestic water supply and distribution systems, fire pipelines, automatic sprinklers, landing valves, fire hydrants and Siamese connections.
3- Prepared isometrics, plans layouts and details drawings for all relevant mechanical systems using AutoCAD software.
4- Supervising Engineer in ANDALUCIA project in Madaba, Jordan (600 Villas).
5- Was responsible to follow up with local authorities (Civil Defense, Jordanian Engineers Association) for needed design's modifications, alterations, approvals and compliance of all mechanical designs with the local and international codes and fundamentals:
