• Handpicked to lead and manage the daily operation of the plant, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures, and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment by implementing 5'S techniques.

• Responsible for the uninterrupted operational delivery of plant equipment, as well as mobile equipment such as forklifts, anode pallet transport vehicles (APTV), front-end loaders, and overhead cranes.
• Collaborating with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement in production efficiency and open safety talks to augment a safe working environment.
• Directing safety inspections, promptly reporting any safety issues and any problems during operations, and ensuring all workers follow established safety protocols to avoid mishaps and accidents.
• Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance/quality efficiency and prevent downtime.
• Generating and presenting an array of reports and technical documentation of day-to-day production processes and validated all finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
• Leading a team of technicians in the field and creating a high safety awareness level, compliance with policy, and hazard protection.
• Preparing and submitting daily activities reports for the upper management for review and decision-making.
