Treasury :
- Manage and control all treasury transactions and Prepare related reports
- Responsible of A/R and Collection.
- Prepare monthly list of all opened Letter of Credit with the bank.
- Issues and Generate Aging Reports.
- Interact with the customers to resolve outstanding Issues.
- Follow up and supervision of bank reconciliation .
- Prepare daily bank position report.
- Prepare daily cash flow report.
- Cash flow forecasting for the next months.
- Prepare weekly report with all bank facility details.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Fixed assets :
- Manage and control all fixed assets transactions and Prepare related reports.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposal in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly depreciation entries.
- Reconciled fixed asset ledgers and identified discrepancies.
- periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
- Preparation of audit reports related to all fixed assets needed by the external auditor and assist them in their requirements.
- Physically Check assets to validate & Description & Category & Custodian & Cost Center .
- Checking and investigating items that are missing.
- Run the physical Inventory Report to validate & analyze data.
- Complete full Fixed Asset Inventory as per policy.
- Follow up with Purchasing Department.
- Receive Assets for DSFH & sister companies ( DSFMC - FMH - AHHC - OLYMPIA - EXECUTIVE CLINIC - FAKEEH COLLEGE - KAMEDA )
- Timely submission and monitoring of supply chain documents .
- Prepare Receiving form for Custodian.
- Working together with the checker on big projects and evacuation when needed.
- Follow up with the public sector and big private corporate regarding the monthly payments .
- create weekly reports that shows how much we collect, how much remaining and compare it with the same period last year.
- overseeing the cash flow and the monthly effect of contracts and suppliers payments.
