Lead the Execution of capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.- Manage the team under the unit in executing the projects and provide guidance and directives to ensure successful completion of the project.- Leverage expertise in Petrochemical projects and provide the appropriate actions for the team to follow in all phases of the project.- Provide technical and project management oversight to the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup of facilities, and close out of projects.- Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development.- Ensure safety measures are implemented in the projects’ execution.- Implement company initiatives in projects and business processes under the division.- Be fully familiar with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and achieve them for projects under the division.- Prepare/Review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers and problems and present them to higher management.- Anticipate and plan for changes in project scope, timing or costs. Prepare documentation and obtain management approval.- Assign appropriate manpower to all parts and phases of the project.- Ensure appropriate training and development paths are assigned to each division employee.- Oversee and review incoming and outgoing correspondence concerning projects assigned.- Ensure that proper job records are maintained on all assigned projects.- Negotiate agreements and change orders with design and execution contractors.- Guide and direct team members in the application of Aramco standards. Assure that variances from standards are minimized.- Responsible for project development: engineering
studies, licensors selection, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning

- Building coordination system, that improves the operational efficiency of project, maintaining high stakeholder satisfaction, and reduces the overall project period up to 10%.
- Provide inputs to the development site strategy in line with the vision, mission, and value of the organization.
- Spearheaded project management team by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff, and providing formal and informal feedback and appraisals to maximize the subordinates and the Site’s performance.
- Budget preparation for operations at the Site and monitors operational financial performance so that the business is aware of anticipated costs.
- Supporting and coordinating water and sanitation studies and baseline assessments.
-Experience working and coordinating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholder, including national and local government, donors, community-based organizations, and the private sector.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Contract Initiation and Mobilization as per FIDIC standards.
2- Handover from Technical Dep. along with the site in-charge with grantee all documents are issued for construction IFC.
3- selecting the highest quality equipment comparing to price and suitable for project requirements.
4- Project detailed execution plan development using Gantt chart.
5- Project Management Plan Submittal using Key performance indicator KPI.
6- Monitoring the project cash flow.
7- High Level review of project design and specifications.
8- Contracts development and approval with respect to the Project manager plan.
9- Purchas orders review and approval.
10- Budget & Schedule monitoring and control.
11- Review contractors Method statement and risk assessment.
12- High level Monitoring and control Execution activities.
13- Change Orders Control in coordination with other departments.
14- Revenues reporting (Percentage of Completion%).
15- Lessons learned documentation.
16- Auditing the site documentation.

- Green Infrastructure in East Amman (1.5M USD)
- Water borehole and water pumping station and water network in Irbid (2.5M USD)
- Waste Water network in za’atari (10M USD)
- Rehabilitation of 5 water pumping stations and 4 water pipelines in Mafraq (2M USD)

-The below conducted activates for the Luberef refinery (Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company) Expansion project (2B USD).
-Assure the Static and Thermal Equipment discipline issuance, review, and approval of technical documents.
-Ensure all Project HSE requirements are adhered to and implemented.
-Perform the review of Static Equipment detailed engineering works (deliverables both from the Contractor and the Vendors) in compliance with Project Scope of Work, Specifications and Procedures, discipline requirements and international codes.
-Identify any deviation from the Project Basis of Requirements and report these to the Mechanical Engineering Manager.
-Participate, in coordination with others, in the Inspection and Tests Plans (ITP) and factory acceptance testing (FAT) preparation and execution. Attending meetings / FATs with Vendors where necessary.
Report to the Mechanical Engineering Manager on any area of concern concerning quality or discipline progress.
-Ensure the quality and completeness of Static Equipment Final Documentation (deliverables both from the Contractor and the Vendors)
-During site activities, avoid Contractor stand-by / delay by answering quickly to site queries and unexpected technical site problems, oversee rectification of punch list items, and completion of on-site tests, and oversee erection of all discipline-related equipment
-Adhere to the API and Aramco standards in transporting lifting installation and erection the static and rotating equipment.
