• Assist SP performance by using PRS (Performance Rating System) and ensuring all deliverables and contractual obligations are met in the light of SLA and KPI.
• Aiding in developing RFQs and LPOs relevant to MEP and Civil activities for facilities development and modification.

• Worked in the project of Energy Saving Management in SABA towers by installing the motion sensor in corridor and also alternate the lift lobby circuits with timers for low power consumptions.
• Worked as a technician in Electrical complaints in sites like BURJ KHALIFHA, SABA tower, and Dubai refreshment centre, Arabian Adventures etc.
• Had experience in electrical PPM carried in all electrical panel boards and expertise in documents preparation for PPM using “IRISYS 4000 Series Imager and report writer”.
• Worked as Shift manager (7th July 2010 - 25th September 2012) of a Multinational company in United Kingdom.
• Proficient in managing 15Kpsa organisation with team of 20 above. Had experience in managing a diverse workforce. Demonstrates strong sales focus.
