• Assist in preparing company policies and procedures and required practices
• Handle grievances received from employees
• Coordinate with the concerned GMs/department heads to ensure the success of implementing the best employee program .
• Reviews the performance and recommends corrective actions to the current HR policies and practices

1. Recruitment and Selection
a) Publication in newspaper calling for applications for staff.
b) Make available On-line application.
c) Listing of applications received from the applicants in response to the advertisements as well as on-line, Monster, Naukri and other sources / references. - Updating periodically.
d) Schedule and organize interviews as per the requirement.
e) Send regret letter to the applicants rejected in the interview.
f) Conduct reference check on the selected candidates.
g) Collect and verify the academic credentials and experience certificate of the selected candidate.
h) Prepare Salary Structure for the selected candidate.
i) Preparing Appointment letters for the selected candidates.
j) Maintaining the staff files.
2. Joining and Induction
a) Prepare Induction Programme plan and checklist for the new staff.
b) Orient the new staff on the school process and systems.
c) Collection of induction feedback.
3. Performance Appraisal
a) Co-ordinating in preparation of confirmation, promotion and increment letters.
4. Employee Relation
a) Handling Employee grievances.
b) Provide basic counseling to the staff on the work related issues.
5. Resignation
a) Preparing Resignation Acceptance letter.
b) ‘No Due Clearance Certificate’ and ‘Full and Final Settlement Receipt’ to be obtained from the teacher leaving the job.
c) Preparing Service Certificate and Relieving Order.
