• Responsible as the Emergency Fire & Safety Commander and Chief Crisis Manager.
• Responsible for the planning, strategizing and leasing of units within the mall and facility.
• Manage day-to-day leasing activities. Rental negotiations and development of leasing packages.
• Attract, Retain & Renew tenants, sponsors and partners within the mall and facility.
• Negotiation of leases both new and renewals across all categories including Anchors, line units, F&B and leisure. Follow up on the collection of rent/payments owed from tenants and implementation of contractual terms.
• Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality and execution.
• Resolves complaints and demands of tenants and work to remove the causes of the complaint and respond to their requests within the legal and contractual obligations.
• Follow legal procedures concerning facility operations, mall operations and tenant operations.
• Develop and upkeep the corporate mall identity - ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing sponsors and Retail Groups to ensure continued and future business. Develop a strategic vision for growing the business.
• Defining and implementing the company strategy (restructuring, expansion opportunities, etc.).
• Diversifying the Group activities (market analysis, feasibility study & project management).
