• Responsible for the management of 3rd Party AMC service providers servicing a total of 400 Villa, 4 data centres, 15 Sub Stations, 30 Retail Units, 4 Hospitality Units and 3 Command centre sites.
• Responsible for the safety and security of the facility. Ensures compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to the company, municipality code and civil defence requirements.
• Responsible for OPEX, CAPEX, P&L, Budgeting, Costing and Estimation, Partner Management.
• Ensure Periodic Preventive Maintenance & Corrective maintenance checks are in place to reduce downtime. Monitor spending on maintenance to assess work scope that can be transferred to the contractor, DLP coverage, HVAC, Civil, MEP, Safety Security, Chillers, PCS, Pumps & CCTV.
• Advising best practices in maintaining the facility to mitigate risk and decrease expenses.
