• Analyzing financials pertaining to rent and other charges to align according to approved budget for each store and provide comparisons for Senior Real Estate Managers to renegotiate

• Monitor and provide performance report to Head of Sales in terms of stores which are bound to share gross sales

• Directly liaising with landlords such as Majid Al Futtaim, Emaar, Meraas, Aldar, etc to provide reports pertaining to store performance and legal requirements when necessary

• Help the project management team to acquire and archive government licenses and approvals by coordinating with Government Relations Team in the company
