•Manage overall IT activities
•Installation, Configuration and Testing of PC and Server Hardware, Software, LAN and WAN networks and Operating System and Management System.
•Define System and Operational Policies and Procedures.

•Be responsible for maintenance of database on Permanent Housing Database; as well as support to other Livelihood database systems.
•Ensure all staff working on databases is supported; including through regular visits to field. Provide training for all new staff working on database.
•Develop new databases, reports and queries, as needed per changing programme requirements.
•Modify database as required for changing programme requirements.
•Plan, coordinate and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
•Generate monthly graphs and reports as required by programme staff. Support field staff in generating graphs and reports for field.
