Reviewed monthly invoice of Contractor, initiated Change Requests, evaluated requests for EOT from Contractor and Prepared the final punch list during issuance of PAC.

Monitored progress of works in line with the approved planned schedule, Reviewed Material samples, Shop drawings, Method Statements, and ITPs as submitted by contractor. Supervised site works in compliance with Project Specification & HSE guidelines. Coordinated with Third party consultant, and multidisciplinary engineers. Prepared weekly and monthly progress review & reports for client’s team. Assisted in the issuance of NCR & HSE Violation Reports after verification of nonconformance.
