Carry out daily inspection test of fire alarm system and firefighting system in every factory.
Inspect, test and maintain weekly and quarterly in fire detection and alarm system, fire water pump, fire hoses, hydrants, isolation valves and couplings as per NFPA standard.
Repair the fire water pump control panel for Diesel Engine pump, Electrical /main pump and jockey pump both automatic and manual in all 17 factory and 42 warehouses
Modify and redesign the fire water pump control panel for diesel engine pump, electrical main pump and jockey pump both manual and automatic as per NFPA standard in all 17 factory and 42 warehouses
Perform preventive maintenance in all fire water pumps according to schedule.
Closely coordinate with the ire safety officer on the scheduling on the inspection to make sure that all factories and warehouse have been inspected at the end of the day.
Carry out diagnostic of the fire alarm system and firefighting system to identify any potential issue that the system might have.
Carry out diagnostic of the fire alarm system and firefighting system, in case of breakdown or issue to find out the root cause.
Inform my supervisor and fire safety officer on the status of each and every system for their reference, prepare reports as and required.
Carry out repair of the system to ensure that the breakdown / issue resolved as soon as possible.
Conduct pre-commissioning and final commissioning with the fire supervisor and the fire chief.
Troubleshoot and tracing connectivity problem of conventional and IP CCTV Camera.
Perform repair and preventive maintenance in all CCTV Camera of 17 manufacturing plant and 42 warehouses of Obeikan Investment group.

Coordinate security supervisor for the scheduling to ensure that all CCTV Camera are maintained and check weekly.
Inform my supervisor and security on the status of each and every CCTV Camera for their reference; prepare reports as and required.
Prepare reports for daily inspection, weekly inspection test and quarterly maintenance for fire alarm and firefighting in each and every factory, and then submit to the fire supervisor.
Repair, Configure and install IP CCTV camera (ARECONT VISION).
