Roles and Responsibilities
• Playing a pivotal role in coordination with CEO, PRO and the new joinee (Conducting recruitment, Interview scheduling, conducting written test, screening & short listing, releasing offer letter, reference verification, induction planning. Safe passport controlling & monitoring, keeping track of the expiry, maintaining and updating the personal files and records of the employees. Aware of certain PRO related documentation jobs.
• Coordinating & keeping the track for all kinds of cards (Eppco, Customs, Dnata, Sharjah freight center card, Parking card, IATA, FIATA, NAFL, OHC, etc., )
• Coordinating for the daily requirements of our warehouse.
• Ensure appropriate security for all HR related information, managing employee insurance - addition, deletion and claims. Updation in the payroll. Aware of WPS and Non WPS.
• Drafting of all kinds of letters (appointment letters, issuance of reliving letters, bank - salary certificate letters, warning, suspension, increment, promotion letters. Tenancy contract, etc.,
• Conducting extracurricular activities like month end bash, lunch, fun activities etc, welfare activities, managing all the administrative works.
• Coordinated for DSAA training on shipping for the staff time to time, actively coordinated sports activities within and with other shipping companies.
