Promoted and working as Senior Cyber Security Consultant with Kuwaiti Canadian Consulting Group and my current responsibilities include:
• Tech Support Management: Manage tech support cases of our customers by personally attending and resolving them or resolving the same when the case gets escalated from my team of Level 1 Junior engineers whom I manage as part of my designation as their Senior Team leader and to sharpen my IT security skills and stay updated.
• Technical Professional Services: Cybersecurity product solutions architecture designing, installation, configuration and tech support for multiple customers across various security technologies such as Next Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Preventions systems, Data Loss Prevention, Web Application Firewalls, Web Security Proxy, Email Security, Database Security, SIEM and Endpoint Security.
 Perform product and services security architecture reviews and advise necessary enhancements on identified security gaps in current and envisioned solution architectures of customers.
 Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, including recommending appropriate product solutions and designing the architecture for product solutions to fit into the customer environment to mitigate threats.
 Vulnerability Assessment using tools such as Tenable Nessus Vulnerability Scanner and Tenable IO Web App Scanning.
 Assists clients with ISO 27001 ISMS standard Implementation, building security policies and procedures, conducting periodic security awareness training and assisting customers during their surveillance audits with the principal audit entity.
 Security Systems Hardening as per vendor best practice documentation and CIS benchmark Security patching to close identified critical vulnerabilities.
 Provide consultation and guidance to end customers and company team members on security best practices and conduct security awareness training.
• IT Security Consultation: Provide expert advice on cybersecurity. Technical solution selling understanding customer pain points and requirements
• Technical Pre-Sales: Conduct presentations, demos, and training both onsite and online.
• Customer-facing communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Stays updated on the latest trends in the cybersecurity industry and Regulatory compliances such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2

Worked as IT Security Engineer handling both Network & Endpoint Security Products implementation and Pre-Sales with KCCG \[Intel Security McAfee Premier Partner / Forcepoint Gold International Partner / Paloalto Networks Platinum Partner\]. In addition, I also handle Security Solution Consultancy, project management, and related responsibilities. I also independently handle our DNS, Email, and Web Servers which manages several customer domains hosted with our company. I have also experience in configuring Radiator RADIUS AAA servers, and one of Kuwait’s prominent ISP is managing its customers using Quota and Bandwidth Throttling Program developed by me. My duties also include related technical correspondence with various vendors/distributors and customers, maintaining good business relationships and preparing & reviewing tender documents of High-profile customers which include customers from Oil and Gas, banking, and Government Ministries.
