Responsibilities
➢ Co-Ordination with the marketing department and EDP. To monitor all the accounting functions of distributors, dealers and company retail showroom.
➢ To extend support to sales function with processing of actual sales Vs plan in terms of collections etc.
➢ To arrange stocks from Purchase and Distribution department on weekly/monthly basis.
➢ To scrutinize the orders received from field and controlling the credit limit. Further discussion with System Manager and Head of Finance.
➢ To verify processed invoices along with orders and instructing warehouses for dispatching the materials.
➢ To ensure on trade receivables from dealers and distributors.
