Involved with the project planning engineer for the schedule preparation.
Involved with the engineering department for the shop drawing preparation.
Responsible for the proper quantity take off all the HVAC related materials to support the estimation team for the budget preparation.
Site Activities
Completely responsible for the Installation of HVAC Equipment like AHUs, FCUs, Split Units, DX Units, Water Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Fans, Sand and Air Separators, Expansion Tanks, Fill Systems, etc.
Responsible for Installation of all type of duct works like G.I, Fire Rated, Black Steel, Pre-Insulated duct, etc.)
Installation of duct accessories such as Variable Air Volume - VAV, VCD, Motorized Damper, Fire Damper, Fire Smoke Damper Flow Measuring Station, grilles, diffusers, etc.
Installation of chilled water (high pressure), condenser water and drain piping works Carbon Steel, BMI, GI, copper, threaded, welded, brazed, Victaulic, PVC, HDBE, etc.
Installation of piping accessories such as all types of valves, Pressure Gauge, Thermometer, Air Vents, Orifice Plate, Ultrasonic flow meter, pressure and temperature sensors, motorized valves, flow switch, PRV, strainer, circuit setter, two way and three way valves, flexible connections, etc.
Responsible to intimate the immediate supervisor for any kind of variation works which deviates from the initial scope of work.
Responsible to co-ordinate with site QA/QC Engineer as well as Consultant for the inspection services.
Responsible to monitor and control the progress (daily, weekly and monthly) and ensure the progress are attained as per the planned schedule.

Installation of duct works (G.I, Aluminum, Fire Rated, Stainless Steel, Black Steel, Pre-Insulated duct, etc.)

Experience with steel structure, fabrication, welding, painting, etc.
Experience with testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning of HVAC system.
Experience with site coordination.
Team leader, manpower allocation and handling.

Air conditioning and Refrigeration (Three Year Course) Diploma from a recognized discipline honored by the state Government of Kerala (India), with First class (72%) in May 1996.
