are carrying out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities including diagnosing,
troubleshooting and maintenance on the following types of equipment.
* Ground Support Equipment
* Plant and Machineries
* Lifting Equipment and Material handling Equipment
* Belt & Roller Conveyors
* Unit Load Devices (ULDs)
* Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems
* Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems
and maintenance of various types Power Transformers, HT switchgear, RMU, MV
breakers up to 11kV, LV breakers, Motor starters, VFD panel and able to interpret AC circuits and
DOL wiring and DCS troubleshoot, UPS, battery banks and inverters in the plants
* Experience in PLC, Thyristor based dc drives and FCMA starter
* Control resources such as manpower, material to achieve an effective control on the work front
* Document Verification
in operation and maintenance of Captive Power plant of 25 Mw
* Actively participated in Overhauling, assembling, inspection and testing of HT and LT motors
* Operation and maintenance of 110 kV substation, steam turbine generator and associated switchgear
* Operations and maintenance of various types Power Transformers, HT switchgear, RMU, MV
breakers up to 11kV, LV breakers, Motor starters, VFD panel, PLC and able to interpret AC circuits
and DOL wiring and DCS troubleshoot, UPS, battery bank and inverters in the plants
* Control resources such as manpower, material to achieve an effective control on the work front
* Maintenance of power distribution & energy monitoring
in calculating electrical load and suggesting optimal power flow
* Directing, Leading and motivating work force, practice in handling and engineering related activities
from clients, consultants and vendors.
* Good experience in LV & HV switchgears and proper earthing system
* Preparation of Running Account Bills
* Ensuring safety standards and procedures are implemented and followed in accordance with
Contract requirements
* Keeping the record of consumable material at every installation work
