Working as a Supply Clerk in Supply and Logistic Section (From 4-April-2015 to till the date)

Duties Assigned:
• Process MROs using automated supply system and storing items in assigned vehicle storage bins or in corresponding shop/bench stock to be issued upon request.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Prepare and transport items for turn-in to DRMO by using Electronic Turn-In Document (ETID) automated system by inputting items description, quantity condition code and requesting a desired turn-in date. Label, segregate and palletize banning items for transport to DRMO.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Operate 4-10K forklift and 5-ton military vehicle.
• Planning delivery timetables
• Ensuring stores have enough stock
• Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
• Monitoring stock levels
• Hazardous Substance Certified Trainer, which enables the ability to determine the need for special handling of property.
• Ensure the hazardous property storage area is inspection daily to ensure that property is accurately accounted for, identified, stored and that necessary measures are performed for deteriorated containers.

Working to a design brief from the client or designer
•Using DTP software to produce a layout for each page of the publication
•Selecting formatting, such as the size and style of type, column width and spacing
•Selecting and checking colors
•Scanning and editing photographs and other images.
•Producing graphics such as diagrams, charts and tables
•Re-sizing design elements to fit the page
•Making sure images are positioned near the relevant portion of text
•Making sure that each page, and the document as a whole, is uncluttered and well balanced

Confer with customers to determine project requirements or to provide cost estimates
•Fabricate or install metal sashes or moldings for glass installation, using aluminum or steel framing
•Grind or polish glass, smoothing edges when necessary
•Cut, fit, install, repair, or replace glass or glass substitutes, such as plastic or aluminum, in building interiors or exteriors or in furniture or other products
•Measure and mark outlines or patterns on glass to indicate cutting lines
•Set glass doors into frames and bolt metal hinges, handles, locks, or other hardware to attach doors to frames and walls
•Measure mirrors and dimensions of areas to be covered to determine work procedures Score glass with cutters' wheels, breaking off excess glass by hand or with notched tools

•Complete first article inspections to ensure initial part is within specified tolerances
•Adjust feed rates, spindle speeds and offsets when necessary
•Deburr and inspect parts in a timely manner to maintain proper finish and quality
•Performing required gaging with air gages, calipers, snap gages, micrometers and others, as well as visually inspecting for non-conforming material or cuts.
•Maintain cleanliness of machine and work area and ensure proper fluid levels
