Presently working in multi-million Turnover Company and leading group of Jewellery in Middle East having more than 400 plus retail outlets across the globe, out of which 175 Outlets in UAE itself.
o Reconciliation of Divisional Accounts on regular basis.
o Booking all shop related expenses in the system on monthly basis.
o Responsible for Coordinating and follow up with retail outlets
* Daily follow up with retail outlets for remittance of Cash, Cheques, Credit Card batch Slip and redeemed gift vouchers and documents like cash memo, transfer note etc.
* On line support and guidance and resolving of their issues regarding operations and mistakes.
* Instructing to make out shortages after preparation of necessary document and submission stock report on regular basis.
* Verification of documents and declaration of statements by retail outlets and posting of the same at head office.
* MIS reporting to Management on daily & monthly basis
o Working as a Team Leader for the Stock taking conducted for the Retail Outlets on regular basis. Scrutiny of Daily cash collection and checking of Petty cash vouchers claimed by the outlets with supporting and Verifying Transfer Order In and Out timely, Etc.
o Working as a functional member
o Responsible for analyzing the status of outlets replication on daily basis.
* Rectification of Error before posting of same at head office.
* Listing out the problems and solutions under new scenario.
* Enhancement of ERP package based on our business requirement.
* Working as an Analyst and sorts out Helpdesk issues submitted by Shops relating to
Stocks, Mode of Payment error at the time of Sale.
o Working as a trainer for new recruited Accounts staff on ERP - Navision
