IP/MPLS Support Engineer

• Implementation and support of IP/MPLS backbone using Cisco Service Routers and switches (, ASR 901, 6500, 7200, 3750, etc.) to carry voice and data services
• Migration of existing TDM services to IP
• Configuring Qos and Traffic engineering within the MPLS core.
• Provide higher technical support to NOC and other operations teams with regards to IP/MPLS infrastructure and escalate to vendors on major issue

• Alarm handling of PDSN, MME, Sgw/Pgw
• Troubleshooting for 2G & 3G & LTE Packet core nodes-PDSN, SGSN, GGSN, SGW-PGW, MME
• Interaction and support to all circles during configuration/testing activity (i.e. for GB link configuration, RAC, LAC, TAC creation in GSM/LTE, New APN configuration in PDSN, SGSN, GGSN, MME, P-GW)
• Responsible for the debugging of all cards, version loading in cards.
• Integration & Commissioning of PDSN, HLR, CG, LIG, GMSC, MSC EIR, BSC, RNC, enodeB, HSS, , P-GW
• PDSN, GGSN, P-GW, billing server configuration.
