Co-ordination and Completion of the construction activities such as Pipeline, Piping and Structural activities as well as the co-ordination of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the smooth execution of the Scope of Work.
Co-ordinating and managing the work activities and the organizing the Permits and Documents required, manpower, machineries, tools and equipment and materials required for the scope.
Supervising and Coordinating with the Sub-contractor activities in order to achieve the proper execution of the job as well as to accomplish the completion of the construction activities within the proposed time period.
Interpretation of Engineering drawings and procedures and explaining to the subordinates for the smooth execution of the job with Quality and Safety.
Co-ordination with the Engineering department for the updated drawings & the Procurement Department for the availability of materials at site in time in order to achieve the Mechanical Completion on time.
Ensure all the inspection requirements are fulfilled at relevant stages of construction in accordance with the QC plan.
Co-ordination with various groups i.e. Engineering, Planning, Materials, QC and Hydro-testing team for the smooth completion of work in accordance with the projected timeline.
Setting guideline for test pack preparation and reviewing P&ID and test limit against test packs, ensuring test pack completion as per sub-system level according to P&ID, co-ordinating test pack walk down with client & contractor and co-ordinating with testing team to test the required sub-system.
Attending PSSR and Mechanical Completion Walk down to identify and categorise system punch lists, Preparation of Punch clearing schedule and Monitoring of construction punch list clearing status.
Planning and Co-ordination for the activities for arranging Permits and Documents required, manpower, machineries, tools and equipment and material required.
Study the ISO & P&ID Drawings and carryout the jobs as per the approved drawings.
Reading Engineering drawings and procedures and explaining to subordinates for the smooth executions of the job with Quality and Safety.
Maintaining Daily Activity Records and Monitoring the Daily Progress and report the same to the Department Head.
Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with the HSE Rules.
Ensure all project activities in their assigned area in compliance with Project specifications, Drawings and Contract requirements.
Carry out all activities as per the planned schedule to achieve target dates.

Attending Line walk. Collecting and Clearing Punch lists, Line Cleaning with Multi-sources before handing over.
Inspection of Inward and Outward Materials.
Dimension Inspection as per Drawings.
Fit-up Inspection, Before Welding Inspection, During Welding Inspection and After Welding Inspection.
Monitor and maintain Control Records for Welding Consumable and Welder Performance Record.
Witnessing NDT methods and activities and Reviewing RT Films and other NDT Reports.
Ensure Implementation of Quality Control Plans and Procedures.
Maintain Overall Documentation and Data Control. Handling of Documents Control, Quality Control Records.
• Responsible for generating the detailed integration drawings with the help of both 3D and 2D modelling and preparing system integration input documents of Cryogenics tank internal systems and Fire & Explosions Safety Systems (FESS) and validating the interface matching of system assembly.
• Associated with the System definition, Systems specifications and Preliminary design review & System developments of Cryogenics Tank Internal Systems.
• Prepared Inputs for the thermo-structured analysis of the Fire & Explosions Safety Systems (FESS) and Indigenous Cryogenic Upper Stage for various flight loads.
• Associated in system realisation activities like Raw Material Clearance, Dimensional Inspection of realised hardware with respect to the corresponding approved drawings, Hardware clearance from QA and Coordinating in supplying the necessary components and items needed for the stage integration.
• Responsible for activities held in or around the workshop and managing the service department.
• Responsible for Inventory management of the workshop.
• Handling Customer complaint and resolving them.
• Monitor and Review service delivery quality and response patterns.
• Maintaining Service Records, Warranty Records, Repeat Job Records.
• Gained formidable knowledge in Petroleum & Hydrocarbon Operations, Petroleum Chemistry, Petroleum Economics & Simulations, Modelling & Controlling of Operations, Mass and Energy Balances and Introduction in Drilling Engineering and Reservoir Engineering. • The course also offered knowledge in project and engineering management with research and design techniques in detail.
• The degree exposed to the technical and management fields of the engineering. Gained knowledge in Mechanical Design and Engineering, Heat and Mass Transfer, Fluid and Solid Mechanics, Gas Dynamics and Thermodynamics. • The electives chosen during the academic years were New Energy Systems, Marketing Management, Facilities Planning and Production & Operations Management.
