Creating the weekly production schedule according to sales forecast achievement, finished product availability and lines capacities.
o Running S&OP (sales and operation plan) and create Production Plan.
o Attend monthly ROU (run on update) meeting with marketing and sales team to follow up changes in next months' forecasts updates or new promotion plans if any.
o Follow up daily production issues such as lack of material, low inventory, and quality issues.
o Follow up the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective actions where necessary.
o Follows up the monthly requisition for local materials and foreign materials on daily basis.
o Issues requisition and maintain inventories of foreign materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.
o Manages the materials requirements with Purchasing and Warehouse departments.

Supervising applying the document control system by the workers on time during all steps of manufacturing until shipping finished product to the warehouse.
Interacting and liaising with the other departments´ teams to prioritize the orders.
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, machines, or process to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Oversees and or conducts training of new or existing employees.
