 Reviewing, summarising and estimating labour in accordance with tender documents.
 Preparation of material list according to job requirements.
 Preparation of QC documentation and project completion documents for final submission.
 Preparation of project report after completion of each project for future reference.

Coordinate, supervise and monitor mechanical work on site to ensure completion of project
within schedule and in accordance with drawings, specifications and plans.
 Responsible for organizing the construction works and related activities
 Carry out quantity and quality control of project materials on site.
 Frequently inspect, monitor and follow up works on site to achieve project quality standards.
 Identify and resolve any technical difficulties, change orders and other issues that may arise on
site.
 Work effectively with site management, including site safety and control of materials and
equipment on site.
 Perform any tasks assigned or required by management.
 Knowledge in the operation and maintenance of workshop equipment and tools.

Permit Coordinator

Ascertain vehicle problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records, examining service schedules.
• Verifying warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers, explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Developing estimation by costing materials, supplies and labour.
• Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required, obtaining approval signatures, entering repair orders into service database system.
• Maintaining customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle, obtaining customer's approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, answering questions and concerns.
• Maintaining vehicle records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.

Initiate and complete all applicable sections of the work permit.
 Supervise the work required by the work permit to ensure that it is carried out in the most
efficient manner.
 Notifying the client of the progress and completion of the work and ensuring that the site is
returned to a safe and operational condition.
 Taking reasonable care to maintain the permit in good order.
 Providing and organizing all necessary resources for the execution of the work, including a
stand-by staff for entering confined spaces.

 Compile operational or personnel records such as time and production records, inventory data,
repair or maintenance statistics, or test results
 Prepare quotations and conducting follow-up with clients.
