• Work closely with the PRO on visas and relevant issues to ensure compliance with SAIF Zone, Fujairah Free Zone, RAKEZ
• Liaise with the Finance department for any adjustments to salary, inform them of leavers, starters and requests for end of service calculations etc.
• Maintain and update documents to monitor the visa process for new applications, renewals and cancellations
• Advise employees of their visa, Emirates ID, employment card, occupational health and health insurance card renewals
• Provide NOC’s, salary certificates, salary transfer letters, employment certificates and experience letters as per employee requests
• Complete background checks for all employees
• Handle the sourcing of candidates, screening CV’s as per department requirements, arranging interviews over the phone and following up via email and sending out confirmation or rejections letters
• Confirm interview schedule with candidates and hiring team
• Arrange appointments for employee’s medical and Emirates ID biometrics tests
• Assist with the orientation process of new hires, ensuring all relevant paperwork has been completed
• Maintain personal file for all employees
• Assist with organizing good conduct certificates
• Record the staff appraisal notes
• Process sickness and annual leave paperwork and maintain records
• Arrange meetings and travel as requested

 Supervise drivers, assign them duty, make log of their attendance and leave and overtime. Handle all issues regarding drivers conduct, behavior and work related problems. Review and prepare mileage report of company staff cars.
 Keep track of all company cars registration and insurance renewal and upgrade well before time according to the procedure.
 Coordinate with travel vendor or relevant agency directly for booking for air tickets, hotels, and transport for our employees and guest as and when required in timely fashion according to the policy.
 Guide corporate guests, arrange pick and drop from airport and cater for their needs as and when required.
