Recommend and Update the company’s Compensation and Benefit policies and procedures in line with UAE Labour Laws and guide the organization in the interpretation of them.
Maintain all staff personal files and ensure that they comply fully with Labour Laws and company policies.
Control the salary administration program.
Assist Manager - HR in analysis and surveys of compensation practices.
Ensure that the company policies and procedures are complied with Labour Laws.
Ensure that employee’s personal and payroll details are updated in the HRIS system (Kerridge).
Maintain leave records and ensure accurate leave entitlements.
Air Ticket bookings for Business and Vacation travel and coordinating with travel agents to book hotel accommodation for the employees on their business trip and ensure the booking comply with the companies business travel policy.
Accurate review of telephone, petrol, car wash expenses and its analysis and reporting.
Checking daily and monthly attendance for all staff
Preparation of monthly overtime summary and analysis.
Salary processing and uploading the salary details in the Banks WPS system.
Monthly salary control account reconciliation.
Preparing Monthly Manpower Reports and ensuring new hires are as per budget and/or carrying proper approvals.
Preparing leave salary and Full and Final Settlements and review prior to disbursement.

Recruiting employees from local and international markets to achieve the department requirements on the basis of existing manpower targets. • Vacancy allotment to different foreign & local subcontractors as per the department requirements. • Conducting personnel interview for administrative and clerical position in the company • Preparing Offers and Agreements for Top, middle & Lower level management employees • Visa processing, Arranging employees health cards and Visa medical in order to obtain Residence permit • Maintaining and updating JD (job description) for all the skills required for operations. • Coordinating with department managers in selection process and target movements. • Maintaining all personnel files & confidential records/documents in a systematic way and Monitoring employees and dependents Passport, Residence expiry and processing for renewal. • Sending memos to the departments to communicate important messages and responding on time for employees queries and resolving their issues. • Employees leave managementand making travel arrangements for the employees. • Making Business travel arrangements for Chairman, CFO, Vice Presidents and Directors. • Processing all the expense claims and utility bills of the management employees and ensuring it has been accounted in the forthcoming payroll and employee salary payments. • Handling and Processing Payroll of Junior level employees and sending salary payment instructions to Bank • Processing final settlement for End of Contract and processing disciplinary action, termination and conducting exit interviews.
