- Preparation of annual business plan & achieving the budgeted revenue for the business in the region (across all retailers and channels)
- Ensuring optimal sell-in and sell-through across 400+ accounts
- Enhancing the effectiveness of sales through category management
- P&L management for all brands
Manage product performance: sales, margin, and conduct extensive numerical data analysis
- Identify and present innovative and creative product solutions
- Responsible for managing supplier relationships & building the brands in the Middle East
- Drive business plans for the brands

Responsible for revenue generation from National Accounts, strategizing & implementation of marketing plans and managing publisher relations for potential business opportunities
- Preparation of annual sales plan & achieving the budgeted revenue for National Accounts (these include large format retailers such as Reliance Digital, Croma, Landmark, Crossword, Planet M & Flipkart)
- Ensuring optimal sell-in and sell-through across 370+ retail stores
- Strategizing & implementation of marketing plans across all channels
- Enhancing the effectiveness of sales through category management
- Managing publisher relationships & business development
