Supervising, training and coordinating rooms and public areas cleaners in prompt and efficient housekeeping of guest rooms and public areas.
Promotes teamwork within the department as well as a sense of fairness.
Keeping record of room check out and submitting the records to housekeeping throughout the day.
Preparing maintenance work orders in regard to replacement or repairs of furniture, fixtures and follow up.
Doing inventory.
Conducting appraisals and departmental briefing.
Handling guest complaints and communicating compliments to the team.
Expenditure monitoring
Cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, guest corridors and back of house in the section assigned in accordance with high standards.
Crystallization of lobby marble and polishing back of house.
Doing any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
