Conducting Job Analysis to obtain job description cards.
• Preparing periodical company workforce and Hiring plans to get all qualified staff.
• Develop/ updates Compensation and Benefits system to reduce the company turnover
rate.
• Developing (PMS) & assisting line managers in reviewing employee performance
appraisals and ensuring that they are conducted in a timely manner in accordance
(KPI’S, KBI'S)
• Conduct training, development and orientation needs and determine all TNA.
