• Managing Primary & Secondary sales of both franchises.
• Maintain daily closing of both franchises.
• Responsible to manage and handle a CS team of Jahanian & Keror Pacca.
• Handle also sales team of 9 people.
• Recruiting and training franchise staff
• Ensure new outlets development/ re-activation of outlets.
• Ensure channel productivity, PJPs, route, stock cover at Franchise.
• Ensure strict compliance with New Sales Activation/ MNP SOP.
• Training of franchise and retail Staff.
• Ensure achievement of monthly assigned secondary targets.
• Manage Net Promoter Score / Customer Sales and Service.
• Responsible to achieve given MTD of all KPIs Recharge, Gross Adds, Mobi Cash and Post Paid.
• Visit different areas when required.
