Lead all manufacturing, supply chain, HR, and legal counsel workstreams for a (B2B & B2C) educational technology business operating in the US and EMEA regions. Tasked to lead and execute a large-scale project to relocate high value medical laser and optics manufacturing & warehouse facility from Israel to the UK. This included the sourcing and operational planning of new warehouse & manufacturing sites as well managing all ongoing purchasing, quality control, IT, HR, H&S, Legal Counsel, Client facilities, customer services and managing a team of four.

and manage to budget, reduce COGS, improve efficiency, train staff, maintain equipment, standardize work, and deploy ERP, MRP & WMS system
solutions to support businesses' growth and needs.

• Increased OEE +20% through implementation of new Engineering/Maintenance training and SOPs within the first 90 days.
