As the HSE Group Manager for an oil and gas subcontractor my job regroups several tasks such as identifying best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives in order to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices facilitating and increasing a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture. Operationally speaking I conduct and/ or coordinate all staff training in areas such as general workplace H&S, risk assessment, technical advice and guidance to all Group employees regarding HSE.
I also have the duty to perform safety audits and inspect the group facilities, machinery, and safety equipment with the end goal of identifying and correcting potential hazards, ensuring safety regulation compliance in all the countries the Group operates.
Incident/ Accident, near-misses and occupational injuries investigation is also part of my job description determining causes, installing preventive measures, and managing return-to-work activities
Last but not least I’m the custodian of the Group documentation in regards to QMS taking charge of all new procedures, modifications to existing ones and external audit liaison.
As HSE Manger my job is mainly divided into two parts, first one, responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety programs for all of the four business units within the company. Second, auditing and assessing sites worldwide through site visits, audit reports and constantly review site improvements in regards to action lists provided while on site and assess operational needs in regards to training.
As a DQTFM I´m primarily responsible for verifying the implementation of all aspects of the ES-KO Quality Management System for field operations. Assisting the deployed Operations Managers with identifying and rectifying non conforming practices in the warehousing and distribution functions and recommending system improvements. Formulating and managing, in conjunction with the QTFM, the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and budget allocation to the Quality Team Worldwide. Ensuring team's efficiency by monitoring the team´s performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
My job is divided into two parts, first to oversee and improve the quality of both service (operations) and products (cold chain supervision and general product quality) and second, to provide H&S Training, Food safety training and manage risk throughout the site missions providing Risk Assessments and trying to reduce them to an acceptable level.
I worked in several projects for telecomunications companies, Logistics Operators, etc...
My job was to assist the senior project consultant in several tasks such as extractical logistical data and analyzing it, designing lean and more efficient warehouses, restructuring all logistical processes and determining for each operations both, task force requirements and equipment for a productive operation.
My job there was indutrial consulting and market research, creating Business Plan and a market study in Morocco on the metal working sector with the possibility of opening a factory to provide machined parts for a local client, Delphi Autumotive.
My job was to oversee the guest relations team in a national theater house composed of 20 young student in collegue. Also provide advertising support with several street marketing campaigns done.
I worked in this place before and while in university.
My job here, during one summer, was to control and report costs and expenditures in underway projects.
It a logistics, operations and supply chain management focused degree. I did my course final paper in Lean Warehousing with a practical part in L'Oreal (cosmetics company) warehouse and SDF (cold chain distribution company) warehouse. While on the course i spend the one semester in a exchange program in Santiago de Chile, Chile.
