Currently I am managing EVER KSA subsidiary and all its related functions, namely Channeling, Partnerships, Business Bevelopment, Sales Activities, Finance, Accounting, EverSuite ECM Projects and related Profit and Loss Reports.
I participate into EVER TEAM MEA company's expansion and growth, by being an active member of the company Executive Management Committee, and by working very closely and efficienty with the EVER Board of Directors.

Responsible for leading the team into the development of a wide range of web solutions, scheduling the various jobs of unit members as per the overall weekly production plan in line with customer deadlines, and auditing the quality of products &submittals..

Responsible for heading different IT units, located within different geographical Campus.
Specific role covered:
• Setting up an organizational structure for the ICT functional divisions and recruiting the required staff for the identified positions.
• Preparing, on an annual basis, a global budget for ICT expenditures for the university covering services, goods and operational requirements (hardware, software, systems & networks)
• Designing an ICT plan for the university, and presenting the various reports to higher management (Chancellor's) and faculties deans.
• Communicate with team members & executive staff to revise procedures when necessary.
• In conjunction with other staff members, evaluate computerized DMS to assess its development and effectiveness and propose enhancements in response to changing needs.

In charge of information systems for this statistics-and-monitoring establishment. Work load covered:
• Structuring, organizing and managing an MIS functional department.
• Providing leadership in the development/ implementation of policies and procedures.
• Reviewing staff timesheets and recommend staffing and resource allocation
• Preparation of a variety of analytical reports for data management section; monitor adherence and quality to established timelines and recommend corrective action as necessary.
• Participating in assessment of IT lower level staff competency and provide training as required;.
