Answer and place phone calls regarding patient’s appointments, concerns, etc. Direct patients to the right clinic base on their concern. Perform clerical duties, such as copying, filing, emailing, etc. Encode patient’s details/appointments/cases using Capsule* system. Receive and process payments. Prepares daily financial report using excel. Process Insurance applications. Reports directly to the CEO.

Prepares hotel and flight booking
Prepares Invoices and get it signed by the Higher Management.
Provides clerical, office and high level administrative support by preparing reports and handling confidential information.
Creating and maintaining file systems (Hard and soft copy)
Answers phone calls and provides information to tenants.
Arrange schedule for the tenant’s maintenance requests.
Monitors daily E-mail using Outlook.
Prepare maintenance requests using CMMS system
Prepares weekly and monthly report using Excel
Reports Directly to the Manager
Provides information to clients, guests and specially tenants with regards to the tower’s services.
Answering, screening and forwarding calls; referring inquiries.
Direct Visitors, maintains security awareness by following procedures
