Director -Talent Acquisition - (August 2012 - till date)

• Overall Hiring - South India
o Leading the Talent Acquisition Team for Cochin
o Strategize and implement Hiring plans along with the key business stake holders
o Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of the need in accordance with Business objectives.
o Planning all staff level requirements by assessing present and future needs of the organization.
o Designing and implementation of various recruiting policies and best practices.
o Leadership Responsibilities - Directly manages Talent Acquisition Senior Managers and Managers. Directs, supervises and coordinates work activities of direct reports. Responsible for performance management of team members. Creates and communicates the vision for the recruitment team and develops goals and objectives based on staffing, development and team skills.
o Strategizing Hiring Plans, Budget Control, and Cost Optimization by strategizing source mix and curtailing external Agency Usage. Strategy Development for meeting quarterly Hiring and Joining Targets
• Recruiting Tool Implementation
o Played the role of the India Geo Lead for a Recruitment Behavioral Assessment tool being rolled out globally. The role involved liaising with different stake holders to obtain the right data and provide it to the vendor post validation. Conducted Training across all the 4 Locations in India during the Global Roll out process.

o Facilitate as HR contact for various employee Engagement activities.
