•Follow up and organize site staff duties to fulfill department’s needs. (focus on after work meetings with staff)
•Follow up Cost Control for project either done or in progress
•Coordinate and communicate with engineers, clients, and other consultants to complete quality projects on time.
•Insure receiving accurate data for producing as built drawings/ documentation/reports and to be able to flag potential deficiencies, critical paths and disseminate to Design Team and clients.
•Follow up schedules to ensure project deadlines are met
•Compile & reconcile data for stock provision
•Enforce safety procedures
•Follow up all working hours and overtime of labors with all related reports to be delivered on due date.
•Deep involvement in site progress and needs from A to Z / site is under the responsibility of the project coordinator
•Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress to monitor quantities variations
•Follow up submitting measurements and follow up till invoicing.
•Communicate regularly with clients providing them with technical advice when needed.
•Follow up projects submittals such as the FIR (Field Inspection Report) and the IPC (Internal Payment Certificate).
•Safeguard quality and safety guidelines throughout the projects
•Follow up projects coordinators to Ensure work on sites is carried out according to the specifications cited in the projects contracts
•Follow up and plan progress of work.
•Follow up the daily tasks report submitted by site coordinators to keep productivity in check/ deep involvement is necessary.
•Follow up on the Snag List at the end of every project to ensure proper handover
•Complete management as per projects needs.
