-Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers. -Assisting customers in sales by designing their space with our unique home furniture signature products by presenting AutoCad drawings.
- Identifying and establishing potential customers.
- Organizing sales visits with potential customers at the showroom.
- Organizing house visits with potential customers at their houses to take house measurements.
-Showroom sales through home ideas suggestions, fabric colors selection, dimensions and style assistance.
-Preparing proposals, quotations and order details through the company's software system.
- Fabrics and materials selection with customers.
- Following up with the customers till the delivery.
- Preparing reports for the store manager.
- Meeting regular sales targets.
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
-Recording and maintaining customers contact data.
- Supervise the order details & updates until the order is delivered to the customer's house and update customers on any new steps taken.

3D modeling, taking into account the client's requests
I am Antonius Saeed, architect, and Passionate person with the field of architectural design and solving users' problems with new and creative ideas. I'm always seeking about idea of adding meanings and philosophical ideas that revolve around architecture and experimenting with space. So, for that especially I love design in general, not only architectural design, and that pushed me to learn a lot of software's that I can express what I Feel and share it with the users. I also have some hobbies related to architecture.
