 Working as a freelancer BIM implementation manager, leading and supporting
the use of digital technology, influencing many firms to embrace BIM, preparing
projects' BIM documentations, evaluating projects' BIM documents while
working with owners, contractors & designers.

 Responsible for developing the BIM standards of organizations and ensuring
that the standards are implemented.
 Assist designers and contractors in producing the pre-contract and post-contract
BIM documents
 Support owners in producing the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)
 Manage the development, documentation and communication of
interdisciplinary BIM Project Plans.
 assist the existing BIM champions of the firms and evaluate the new hires.
 Anticipate the goals, needs, and expectations of the stakeholders.
 Engage with project management and project leadership to maintain awareness
of current and future project needs for BIM for the project
 Build written technology reviews and budgets that comply with corporate
objectives for future digital transformation.
 Assess the specifications of hardware and software for every project and every
stakeholder
 Manage and chair the BIM meetings
 Develop and maintain positive customer experience/satisfaction.
 Review, evaluate, and comment on the BIM Execution Plans provided by both
the Design and the Construction BIM Teams on behalf of the client
 Provide timely reporting on BIM progress to the owner’s representatives.
 Create the required addins and scripts and develop the required revit families

 Model Management & administration ensuring a healthy BIM database
 Ensuring BIM Execution Plan is followed throughout the project duration
 Enable reliable information exchange through the CDE
 Performing model QA/QC
 Maintaining Status, Revisioning and Versioning of the Models in the CDE
 Ensure that modeling requirements and LOD Matrix guidelines are being met.
 Ensure that clash report items are addressed in the model.
 Inform the team of the best practices for use of Autodesk products and BIM
 Create and maintain the software template files to assure standards
 Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity
 Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of
all shop drawings produced
 Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of BIM Specialists to ensure BIM
standards are maintained in the creation of BIM models
 Provide technical orientation to new hires regarding BIM tools
 Test and evaluate new hires skills in BIM
 Produce some Revit’s addins and dynamo scripts to support the teams.

 Working as a BIM Manager, leading a full team of engineers
and draftsmen in Kuwait and Egypt offices.
 Ensure the creation of BIM models free of clashes and link the time schedule
with 3D models using Navisworks.
 Export coordinated drawings.
 Develop and implement a project BIM strategy
 Create, review and update the BIM documents (“Employer's Information
Requirements” "EIR", “BIM Execution Plans” "BEP"... etc) with reference to
the UK standards (PAS1192-2, BS1192... etc.).
 Validate Building Information Models and issuing validation reports.
 Assess BIM Execution Plans submitted by designers and contractors.
 Manage BIM meetings.
 Conduct BIM management training for the project teams.
 Initiate and develop the Common Data Environment (CDE).

• Working as a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Engineer using Autodesk
REVIT to produce coordination drawings to the technical office.
• Complete coordination between the different MEP trades (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire,
Electrical “IT, and Lighting”).
• Comparing the coordination drawings with the design drawings to insure the fulfilling
of the design and the project specifications.
