DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Taking over the report from the previous
shift
➢ Nurses’ bedside rounds
➢ Monitoring vital signs
➢ Assessing the physical and psychological
needs
➢ Planning the patient care
➢ Diagnosing the disease by
analyzing patient’s symptoms
and taking required actions for
his/her recovery
➢ Carrying out the requisite treatments and
medications.
➢ Checking the stock on a
regular basis for
maintaining the inventory
level and placingorders if
required.
➢ Adhering with the protocols,
norms, rules, and regulations to
maintain completemedical
➢ Maintaining hygienic
and safe working
environment in
compliance with the
healthcareprocedures.
➢ Providing necessary guidance on
health maintenance and disease
prevention.
➢ Keeping an eye on
each aspect of patient
care that includes
physical activityplus
proper diet.
➢ Provide nursing care and physical
