Business Intelligence and Analytics: Managing a team of Data Analysts, who extract, analyse and transform data into actionable insights to support executives in making informed business decisions at every level, from daily business operations through to organisation wide corporate strategies.
➢ Data warehouse: Working with IT to build a comprehensive data warehouse where data from multiple sources will reside, integrated together and making data reporting a seamless process
➢ Reporting: Working with business data users to define reporting requirements and developing a framework for automatic generation and timely distribution of reports to predefined user groups
➢ Interactive Dashboards: Using BI tools such as Tableau and SAP Design studio, to design and build dashboards tailored to specific needs of executives, providing quick and easy access to near real-time information that is useful for responding to strategic questions on the go.

Information Systems Management: Managing a team of Systems Analysts responsible for designing, implementing and the administration of systems that support multiple HR functions. These systems help automate internal operations and improve service delivery.
➢ IT Strategy: Developing and implementing an IT strategy focused on systems consolidation, eliminating multiple data entry points, automating workflows and minimizing manual transactional activities. In addition to improving data accuracy, this will empower HR customers with the ability to initiate processes through Self-service portals and monitor progress through to completion.
➢ Systems Implementation: Project managing the end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors (Recruiting and Learning) and SAP Fieldglass for the management of the University’s contingent workforce. This includes the integration of both solutions to SAP on-premise systems.
➢ Systems Administration: Managing in-house technical capability (super/advanced users) for the provisioning of systems support to HR teams. Managing the relationship with software application providers for the implementation of technical changes and system upgrades/improvements.

Operations Management: Managing all operational activities for the HR department, enabling the delivery of world-class services to the university’s employees and their dependents. This involves,
➢ Budget Management: Working with HR managers to prepare annual budget requests for staff salaries, continuous improvement projects and general operating expenses, securing budget approval from University Leadership and the efficient management of approved budget (>$10M).
➢ Contracts Management and Invoicing: Preparing contract requisition materials such as business cases and tender documents, engaging and evaluating vendors, and administering awarded contracts. Processing of invoices for delivered contract services and general operating expenses.
➢ Quality Assurance and Governance: Managing audit teams during their evaluation of HR activities, preparing responses and coordinating activities to resolve audit observations designed to improve governance related to systems, processes and resource utilization
➢ Asset and Space Management: Managing the issuance of IT assets to staff and monitoring asset life in line with replacement policies. Coordinating office space design and allocation activities.

Contingent Workforce Management: Managing a team responsible for the administration of contingent worker contracts across the University.
➢ Vendor contracts: Worked with the Procurement department to set up workforce provisioning contracts with a projected annual spend of $20M. The team now manages 9 vendor contracts with over 400 resources supporting a variety of departments across the university.
➢ Operational processes & Systems: Developing processes and implementing systems for governing the end-to-end administration of contingent workers, from sourcing through to time management, invoice payment and separation.
