Responsible of supervising a professional, service oriented team that provides outstanding service to the Guests and Visitors of RC Guest House Jubail.
Assist staff to resolve complex / operational problems, productivity and quality goals.
Responsible for staff scheduling that includes: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations and medicals.
Evaluate staff performance and conduct counseling sessions as required
Handle sensitive / confidential information and correspondences.

•Ensure that camps operation is true to its mission of offering a high standard of safe and healthy camp environment.
•Responsible of providing and supervising food services operation, Janitorial Services, accommodation, housekeeping and maintenance.
•Define and plan program that reflect camp goals.
•Develop routine schedules and procedures for camp operation.
•Define and monitor crisis management plan, including emergency procedures. Preventive maintenance program and Inspections.
•Dealing with PMT & RC Guest House in terms of Safety, Health and Environmental Issues.
•Responsible of supervising a professional, service oriented team that provides outstanding service to the guests and visitors of PMT Shaybah & RC Guest House Jubail.
•Supervise staff to resolve complex / operational problems to increase productivity and quality goals.
•Manage and division expenses within budgeted parameters while meeting required standards.
•Participate in overall management of the operation and safety issues.
•Schedule, provide direction and offer feedback on duties and performance of staff.
•Schedule / reschedule staff training, vacation and assignments
•Inspect the entire general services operations such as accommodation, public areas and surrounding, taking appropriate action to correct hazardous, unsafe or unsanitary conditions
•Evaluate the work of other supervisors within the general services operations to ensure that acceptable standards are maintained
