Responsible for management of engineering, construction and special permit compliance for Cambridge Residential, a 22 story apartment building with 426 apartments, subterranean garage parking, two new streets and new infrastructure in East Cambridge.

with The Peabody Essex Museum, Salem, the oldest continuously operating American museum. Responsible for development budget planning, phasing, scheduling, architecture, engineering and construction, in addition to support of acquisition, permitting and legal challenges. Project was awarded the Build Massachusetts 2003 Grand Honor distinction as the best project in Massachusetts and the object of international media coverage at opening. Project included:
•New Museum Wing, in excess of 9, 800m2, including a 1, 100m2 curvilinear skylight over three-story entrance concourse and atrium, a 200 seat auditorium, day-lighted galleries, full service food preparation, retail, exhibition support areas, collections management areas, etc.
•Museum Campus Development, including relocation of two, 300 ton historic structures, multiple demolitions, street and infrastructure realignments, new commemorative park and public gardens.
•Historic Structures, including reconstruction of a 200-year-old, 460m2 historic structure transported from Anhui Province, China. Retrofits of multiple other historic structures/landmarks.
