Lead the Logistics and Procurement Departments of the U.A.E. Country organisation
• Responsible for the movements of all material in Import, Export and within the country in compliance with national, regional and
local Free zone regulations to ensure optimal stock management and full supply chain co-ordination
• Develop and optimize inbound & outbound, domestic & international freight processes, ensuring execution by responsible teams
in the organization to reduce delivery times and costs
• Manage the day to day Ocean, Air and Road Freight import / export transactions and align with Freight Forwarders to ensure
trade compliance
• Participate in compliance audits, designing and conducting internal training programs when needed
• Implementation of online GPS delivery track and trace system for internal team and customers to advance schedule all activities
• Development of KPI’s with visual dashboards to reduce the down time for equipment and manpower to add customer value
• Leading the Procurement Department to maintain the correct supply of all required direct and indirect item groups
• Responsible for selecting suppliers and managing the company’s procurement activities
• Motivating staff to achieve maximum performance and efficiency whilst working within the company’s operational processes
• Organise and maintain the purchase of all goods, services and contracts on a matrix of best price / best quality / best delivery
• Ensuring the on-time supply of all required locally produced material, consumables and equipment to meet customer demands
• Responsible for the Facility & Fleet Management of 3 office & warehouse facilities and 85 vehicles
• Managing and training staff in the operation of Logistics, Procurement, Warehousing & Materials Management Systems

• Responsible for the cost effective and best utilization of own fleet of 180 Reefer and closed Box Trailer Equipment
• Setting objectives and reviewing performance in all operational areas with regards to fleet management activities
