-Steering of model year changes MYC22/XX and MYC45/XX covering all project aspects: preparation of master data, raw material ordering, equipment ordering, receiving and validation, management of run-in and run-out circuits
-Responsible for Start of production of Passat B8 wiring harness manufacturing and all transfer activities from Poland to Tunisia (right hand drive KSK, Hybrid KSK, special cars KSK)
-Collaboration with project manager for establishing quality targets including rework rate, first passed yield (FPY), QK
-Project Meetings steering (daily, weekly, workshops) through communicating job expectations and regular monitoring
-Follow-up Manufacturing Engineering Technologies (Cutting, Welding, Twisting, manual crimping, modules and KSK assembly) in term of capacity
-Participation in the start of the project (Passat B8 wiring harness manufacturing) in training sessions for new employees about manufacturing processes basically welding and Cutting& crimping
-Establishing and Distribution of meetings minutes and weekly reporting of poject status to Central project management in Germany
-Keeping and updating project folders
-Establishing general project action plans
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly and monthly updates of the project
- Coordination with various departments: Engineering, Procurement, production, quality & logistics
- Evaluation of resources allocation and provide recommendations to maintain required progress
- Analyse technical changes relevant to all prject phases (PVS, 0-serie, SOP and MYC) for Skoda Fabia and Skoda Superb
- Implementation of technical changes in Ldorado (CAD) and generation of technical drawings
- Preparation and updating of technical changes folders
- Contribution in checking of VOBES process (process recommended by VW in development phase)
- Macro development with VB-Script for repetitive tasks automating
