Supervising the work of cleaning staff and ensuring standards are maintained;
making sure adequate security for the building is provided;
Ensuring the smooth running of accommodation facilities, including the safety and well-being of students and guests;
Arranging the booking for the daily and the weekly transportation needed for the accommodation
Preparation of students files, handbooks and making sure the files are signed by their parents
Works directly with students to support processes and solve problems related to registration, financial aid, and payments. Serves as liaison with main campus offices to facilitate processes and problem resolutions

Contacting Customers in order to receive their Returns Cheques and Update the status of the cheque in the system and if customer received it or not

Providing customer support for the car loan department such as Payment of car loan instalments, liability letters, Release letter
Technical support for technician in the field of the work
Ability to deal with Etisalat system CBCM, PMS, FOS:
Rescheduling services order in Etisalat system
Reporting remarks of the pending tasks of every technicians
dealing with different customers with different culture with understanding of their complains and ability to resolve them with the resources available
