This job is International Level and projects are in different regions.
Review and issue report with appropriate recommendations for improvement on all existing HSE practices.
Ensure that all the project site conditions, resources and interfaces are carried out in a healthy and safe manner, HSE issues e.g.: HSE plans, Contractor HSEMS etc. are reviewed and in line with group policy for health, safety and environmental management systems.
Own and be responsible for the entire project HSE.
Initiate / prepare / participate in various studies like HAZOP / Risk assessment, Supervise / Coordinate on all HSE Topics.
Monitor Subcontractor/ HSE management system and review HSE documents Audit Subcontractor’s management system and other sub contractor’s etc.
Prepare the Project HSE plans with all the required permitting forms in conformance to International and group HSE standards, Review and issue report with appropriate recommendations for improvement on all existing HSE practices.

Prepare Presentation, other documents and Present to Client as per requirement
Conduct HSE Trainings /Instructs trainees to objectives of complex plant systems, operations and controls
•Ensured that workers comply with company policies and safety regulations.
•Conduct Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that systems of work are safe.
•Ensure accident and near-miss reporting procedures are understood and implemented.
•Daily Tool box talk with workers and employees.
•Set and prove a personal example with regard to Environmental Health and Safety matters.
•To give the necessary advice to the Site Manager on site health and safety issues.
•To monitor compliance to the Company HSMS by conducting regular internal auditing of site activities.
•Report unsafe condition and unsafe acts immediately. Raise Near Miss / Incident Reports when highlighted.
•To assist the Site Manager in undertaking risk assessments and identifying safe systems of work.
•Undertake a weekly Toolbox Talk with site assigned personnel and ensure that records are maintained.
M Phil in Environmental Sciences (Major HSE)with one year Research project on Evaluation of fire incidents in Punjab, Pakistan.
BS(Hon's) in Environmental Sciences(MAjor HSE) with 6 month research project on Study of HSE system of Dhakni oil and Gas plant , Attock.
