Providing level II support 24/7 regarding BSS issues to the on field O&M Teams.
Analyzing different reports such as down DRI, radio events, stats analysis, zero calls, RSL downtime, daily down BTS sites etc reports from Motorola-NOC, PB and other daily issues reports by optimization like IOI, INHSR, hardware failure and forwarding the recommendations to level-I O&M teams for the resolution. Giving on field support in case the issue is not resolved by level-I team.
Troubleshooting the main network outages.
Resolving different network issues like HSR, IOI, PB, IAS, EAS issues and Hardware Failure.
Resolve all other issues that affect quality of network.
Responsible for all BSC re-parenting from one switch to other switch in the region, GBL Expansion, ATER Expansion with the Coordination of NOC.
Support to Level-1 team in trouble shooting of BSC, XCDR and BTS.
Trouble Shooting of BSC, XCDR and PCU cabinets.

Performed commissioning and Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) of Samsung CDMA2000 1X/1x-EVDO SCBS-519L13 BTS.
Testing and Commissioning of Rectifier & Battery Banks
