• Serving as the primary liaison between the organization and suppliers.

• Negotiating favorable agreements with suppliers in collaboration with finance and top management.
• Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts as part of procurement management, ensuring optimal terms and conditions to achieve organizational goals effectively.
• Ensuring that contracts are compliant with legal and organizational requirements, finalizing them in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with key suppliers, while monitoring vendor performance and promptly addressing any issues or disputes.
• Analyzing pricing and cost structures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implementing cost-effective procurement strategies while maintaining quality standards.
• Continuously seeking methods to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce costs.
• Overseeing inventory management and optimizing levels to minimize excess or obsolete stock.
• Ensuring purchased goods and services meet quality standards.
• Upholding procurement activities to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Staying informed about relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Enforcing procurement policies and procedures.
• Updating and maintaining the donations and sponsorship database.
• Developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining policies and templates across the organization.
• Performing related tasks or initiatives as identified by CEO & Top Management.
